Breakfast

 2 Eggs

1/2 Ripe Banana 

1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon 


Mix everything together in a bowl and mash out the banana as much as you can. No sugar needs to be added because the banana will bring out the natural sweet flavor itself. Get a saucepan, cut a small piece of sweet cream butter to melt in saucepan, then pour mixture in. Make to your liking whether it be omelet or scrambled style. But it burns easy so keep flipping it with your stove setting on medium. It literally takes 5 minutes or less to cook on the stovetop. Good for adults,  fun for kids. If you have picky eaters they might like this combo! 

Bananas are a good source of potassium, fiber, vitamin C, antioxidants and more. Cinnamon relieves digestive discomfort, reduces blood pressure and more as well. Eggs have vitamin D, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, Iron, Zinc, and Vitamin K.
