Some individuals are so busy they don't realize yes you may work a crazy schedule that is Long or in a work environment where your hours are constantly changed every week or even have children but here it is. Online colleges that can fit into that schedule of yours and that has payment options/plans that can work with you. Yes there is a recession but education is still important.
